This is the exact email I sent Thomas cook after me and my friend got back from Thailand. I can not EMPHASIS enough not to book ANYTHING though this useless company. Had decided to take a 7D/6N Domestic Holiday to Rajasthan with Thomas cook before entrusting them and going on a Overseas Holiday. And Thanks Goodness for that. The Domestic holiday experience to Rajasthan was so pathetic and the Post Trip Customer Service response also sucked. The problems were 1. There were Direct Flights available between Hyderabad-Jaipur and Ahmadabad-Hyderabad. Just bought someone euros from Thomas Cook expecing to get the same euro to pound exchang rate as advertised on the website but ended up with 50 euros less not happy the advertised rate should be the same as the shop so either order online but do not buy dire from shop you get well and truly ripped off… Read Full Review

We flew with Thomas Puke on 14th Aug 2015 for a two week stay In the Smartline Vela Hotel in Icmeler in Turkey, may I add that this was all inclusive,I will start with the flights, we paid for seat choice on the outward and return flights seats in row 3 , but on the return flight we were given seats in row 34 as the seats in row 3 had been already allocated to some one else after we had paid for them. The hotel was lovely,downside were all the steps if some-one bad on the legs certainly wouldn't have suited Food great,we also were upgraded to a super posh room with out asking with a sea view. Down side didn't know it was the last week before shutting down,no entertainment,no rep after the first 2 days!!! Flew Thomas Cook to Turkey from Bham and was surprised at the new spacious plane including an in flight film which I haven't had before on a medium haul flight such as this. Unfortunately, the flight home was delayed due to a fault with the aircraft- one of those things. “Don't book their airport transfers”

Had a very bad experience recently on a special holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday. We traveled with Easy Jet from London Stansted to Dalaman, where we had the first leg of our holiday cruising round the coast of Marmaris. Just returned from a holiday in tenerife booked through the thomas cook shop. Plane leaveing gatwick was delayed i had pre booked seats and then our family was still split up on then plane. Overall good hotel but the thomas cook rep had as much intrest in his customers as a dead dog. We got more information from the thompson reps.
