    Overall, I love Everbank! It's nice to be able to see all my bank account balances, mortgage balance and my AMEX balance at one place. It's great having the links to go to the specific accounts if I need to to make transfers or withdrawals quickly and easily.

    I was first drawn to EverBank for its higher interest rate on checking account and low minimum balance required to waive maintenance fee.     Until recently I was a delighted customer of
    Everbank (www.everbank.com) -- Now, I recommend avoiding them.

    Customer service is prompt to answer, pleasant and helpful, but they cannot fix what management has done to the bank website.

    Everbank USED to be about customer service and help and making the internet banking 'interface' between you and your account flexible, practical, and useful.
