Flew Manchester to Bodrum in June 09. Leg room is terrible , my husband is over 6ft with an hernia .I am 5ft 8in .The whole flight was very uncomfortable. I have been flying with Thomas Cook Airline for a number of years and I am sure they have reduced the legroom. Had a flight booked for May but ha ...

We flew from Manchester to Sanford, we only booked the flight 2 weeks before our holiday, we were due to fly with Virgin but had to change our plans. I was a little unsure about flying long haul with Thomas cook as weve only flown with Virgin before. I needn't have worried the whole experience was g ...

In May flew to Calgary and back from Vancouver with Thomas Cook. Prebooked seats and expected to fly direct on an Airbus aircraft with legroom as advertised. This was indeed the case on the return flight but on the way out the aircraft was substituted for an old Boeing with legroom more suited to a ...

I flew to Vancouver in May 2009 with Thomas Cook Airline, and from the minute I stepped into the plane I (and my very awkward hatbox) were taken very good care of. I did pay for the upgrade and it was worth the £99.00 each way. I had plenty of leg room, my diabetic meal was more than adequat ...

Thomas Cook - BHX to Kefalonia. 757-200, indifferent flight crew, overcrowded, poor seats, heating too high, smelly food, over priced drinks, would rather walk next holiday.

Flew return flight from Newcastle to Lanzarote in March 2009 with Thomas Cook and found the cabin crew to be absolutely first class. My husband and I have flown the same journey and airline in the past but have always thought the cabin crew were to say the least unhelpful. However, the flight was ...
