There are so many bad reviews of Thomas Cook, especially of there longhaul services. we flew with them to the dominican republic and they were brilliant there and back. we flew on their airbus a330 aircraft with a 3x3x3 seating plan. We have used Thomas Cook twice flying from Bourgas in Bulgaria to Gatwick.

The actual flight was Ok but on both occasions it was delayed by 4 hours, and again a week after we arrived back in the UK (we checked on CEEFAX)
