Thomas Cook a good flight in general, comfortable seats, generous legroom, free drinks (in premium economy) and a choice of meals. Very friendly staff; we were travelling with a young child and they were very good with him.

After reading reviews about Thomas Cook airlines we were not looking forward to a 9 hour flight to the Dominican Republic. Once at Manchester we collected our tickets from the Thomas Cook desk and proceeded to priority check in .Five minutes later we had our boarding cards.

We flew from Manchester to Cuba, which is around a 9 hour flight. Thomas Cook is basically a budget airline, with very little leg room. Myself and 5 friends flew from Glasgow to Toronto in October 2004 with
Thomas Cook. Our flights only cost £99 each way (incl taxes!) so was a bargain - this was not a last minute booking either.

We booked tickets to Toronto on Thomas Cook because it was by far the cheapest deal going - it cost just over £500 for 2 of us to fly round trip. If you're looking for a bargain, it definitely was that and for that reason alone was worth the hell we had to endure on the flights.

My partner and I flew with Thomas Cook to Egypt which is a 5 hour flight. Thomas Cook was the first holiday flight with it's customer service that puts British Airways to shame!!! The best flight I ever had.
