When I had problems in paying an unexpectedly large bill that I had received BT managed to go that extra mile to sort out a payment plan that was fair, and I had soon paid off my rather large bill.
Highly rated due to the help and advice given to me when I was in trouble with payments

Every time I call BT is at least 20 min of waiting time. They ask me the phone number twice, my name another two for security purposes. Once you're done with interrogation, you ask for help and they transfer you to someone else.
They promised to get me the phone working in 10 freaking business day ...

I think the line rental is too high with BT. I do not use a land line for anything other than the internet and sky TV. I do not think I should pay them a line rental for just this.

The worst company ever to have or deal with. It takes ages to get through to any live person. And when you get through to someone, you find out that its a wrong department and they transfer you and then you to wait another 1 hour before you speak to someone !
