I tried to migrate services to TalkTalk but they got it all wrong and I ended up with no phone line for over a month.
Finally I gave up and went to a different provider but Talktalk had trouble releasing my line, even though they couldn't get me connected!
Eventually they accepted their mistakes, ...

If I knew the service was going to be so poor I would never have gone over to Talk Talk. It may be cheap but if something goes wrong, I have struggled to get any sense from them.

In my opinion Talk Talk offer a cheap basic service for personal use - do not think of it if your living is at stake! Web hosting i would avoid as access seems only available about 25 % of time.

I have been with TalkTalk for 2 1/2 years and when I first took my broadband contract out with them I was told that there was no free broadband in my area but I could expect there to be within a few months, therefore I took out my contract and agreed to pay the £10 per month. 2 1/2 years lat ...

My telephone line is inaudible and I have to tell the other person that I can't hear because of the constant electrical inteference.
I waited 20 minutes for a response from the telephone technical department and was told from time to time that I'm moving up the line and will reach an adviser soon.
I ...

I have been with talk talk for 2 years, in the beginning I had endless problems, but hey we all start with teething problems, I am very pleased with the service now, with a bit of patience it really does work.

I would stay away from Talk Talk if I was you.
Once I got into a 18 month contract and they took my money, little was don to resolve problems which seem to me to be company generated.
I had problems getting my Broadband set up due to a problem with my MAC code, this took 2 months to resolve after ma ...
