    AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! my boyfriend signed up 6 weeks ago and they still haven;t sent the router, they are just not helpful on the end of the phone either DO NOT GO WITH TALK TALK THEY ARE RUBBISH

    Talk talk are the worst company EVER! I have been sworn at by advisors, been hung up on, been promised call back afetr call back. Had over £160 taken from my account illegally by them and so on.     Been with talktalk for nearly a year, I was stopped up town and signed up for an 18 month contract. I must say I have saved a small fortune, what with the free anytime calls and free broadband.

    Talk Talk offer free calls and at the time i took on broadband it was free. They need to have more contact with there customers. Bad points are: Kept on the phone for half an hour at a time.
    Never pre warn you of any updates on broadband just cut you off with no explanation.
