AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! my boyfriend signed up 6 weeks ago and they still haven;t sent the router, they are just not helpful on the end of the phone either DO NOT GO WITH TALK TALK THEY ARE RUBBISH

OMG. Once I was connected, a fault developed on the line which they couldn't fix for almost three weeks. Talk talk are the worst company EVER! I have been sworn at by advisors, been hung up on, been promised call back afetr call back. Had over £160 taken from my account illegally by them and so on. In the end i e-mailed the chief executive direct and have been given a lifetimes supply of free bro ...

Poor service start to finish.I had broadband landline and 2 mobiles with Talk Talk.I dont have any now .When I wanted to end my service with them at the end of my contract they tried to take money out of my bank account that wasnt owed to them.I paid my final bill by cheque .They told me I hadnt pai ...

Was with them for over a year at my old address with few problems although I did find their broadband problematic at times - but hey it was free. Since moving house nothing but problems. Been with talktalk for nearly a year, I was stopped up town and signed up for an 18 month contract. I must say I have saved a small fortune, what with the free anytime calls and free broadband.
My only niggling issue is you really do get what you pay for, take for example the phone service. Interm ...

Talk Talk offer free calls and at the time i took on broadband it was free. They need to have more contact with there customers. Bad points are: Kept on the phone for half an hour at a time.
Never pre warn you of any updates on broadband just cut you off with no explanation.
