I was going to pay my British Credit Trust Car Loan monthly installment 4 days late because I get paid on different days. Payment went from £150 to £191 for late payment. All the other loans I have do not charge interest if payment is made within the month its due.

I believed all the details which had been passed to me previous to agreeing the terms with British Credit Trust Car Loan, however it seems not! There are endless hidden charges. I've been with BCT for 4 years and could not find a fault with the service. My credit rating was bad and they helped me where others wouldn't. They have now offered me a cash loan due to me keeping up my payments.

You would be better off at yes car credit - you know where you stand with them - no hidden charges unlike this company, oh and dont take gap insurance unless you want to end up like us in arrears you know nothing about!

The British Credit Trust products were explained well.I didn't want any hassle with sorting out the loan. BCT took care of all that including my settlement for my other car.I have used them twice and will use them in the future again. I have no complaints about the service recieved.I would recomend ...

British Credit Trust - I've been with British Credit Trust for nearly 6 months now and they have been great, they give you a welcome call when you have been with them for your first month, to check wether everything is ok with your loan, which is nice. They are very friendly and always help quickly ...

I am now on my second finance agreement with British Credit Trust and I have no no problems at all. The customer service centre is excellent - they are very friendly and everything I have requested has been processed promptly and accurately.
