I recently used this service - I can honestly say that "Impressed" does little justice to my experience. Both arrival & departure procedures were handled superbly - Its not often these days that everything goes without a hitch but in the case of these guys it was faultless. “slowest customer service ever”

If you go to the long stay parking, don't trust to the transfer time: 15 min can be easily more than half hour without considering the time wasted at the car park waiting for a bus driver. The first time we missed a flight due to this delay in leaving to take us at the airport; the second time and, hope, last one we wasted almost 1 hour at the car park before being collected. I had used this service many times and found just adequate but my last time has been a complete debacle ,my cherished car had been vandelised and at the time was assured by staff with much hand wringing that they would pay for rectifying the damage ,now 5 months on the alledged customer relations do not answer phones do not ever update your claim even of today no calls have been answered its not a massive claim but still they ignore .If however you want to book parking they are instantly on the… Read Full Review

“Purple Parking Doesn't Mean Business.”

The first time we used Purple Parking it was okay. It was like any other long term parking; you parked your own car, took the bus/shuttle to your terminal and that was it. The second (and absolute LAST TIME) we will be using their service was an ABSOLUTE waste of our time. My review of them will include a lot of words in quotation marks since they are anything but a decent business. “Very kind staff”

As well as being delighted with the great value and overall service I was especially pleased when the lovely staff went above and beyond to assist my 17 year old son when little car decided not to start after a 2 week break. The team on site came straight to his aid with huge battery chargers and when this was unsuccessful a huge team of them pushed and bump started it for him around the car park. 8 April 2014 This was the second time we have used your services. The first time was a year ago and we were very happy. We recommended you to our friends, who joined us this time. If you want to add massive stress to your travel and be late for your flight, then Purple Parking Long Stay Heathrow is for you! 37 MINUTES FROM CAR PARK TO TERMINAL (Bus stood still waiting to fill up for 11 minutes, then 26 minutes to terminal. RETURN JOURNEY - 46 MINUTES FROM PP BUS STOP AT T5 TO PP CAR PARK (I called for the bus at 19.22, however it didn't arrive until 19.45. Bus left at 19.46 and reached the car park at 20.08). “Park and Ride Premium Service”

Highly recommend Purple Parkings Park and Ride Premium Service, dropped the car of at the secure car park, hopped on the bus and 10 minutes later we were checking in at Heathrow. Very easy, quick and convenient. Coming home was a breeze, nothing like coming out of arrivals collecting the car keys and driving home. Fast comvenent and brilliant service. I really can't recommend Purple Parking highly enough! I recently used their service at Terminal 3 Heathrow. After a nightmare journey round the M25 I was close to missing my flight. I called customer services and they added airport drop off to save me time, very helpful and friendly and I was only charged at the standard rate, no extra cost for doing it with 20 minutes notice! “Purple Parking has never let us down”

We have used the valet parking service offered by Purple Parking many times at both Gatwick and Heathrow airports, last Thursday evening we arrived back to Heathrow, tired after a long flight, a cheerful man had the keys and parking ticket ready, and we were on our way less than 10 minutes from leaving the airport. Point of booking was short & (nicely) sweet! Concise email followed with directions (which were correct!) Well signposted from the M4 and easy to access the site. Parking instructions on arrival were simple. Drivers helped with luggage and offered further assistance/instructions when needed. 14/02/14 through 02/03/14 Outbound from Heathrow - what a way to start a holiday! We normally have to check into a nearby hotel the night before and leave the car there until our return. “Highly Efficient and Patient Too!”

Was delighted with how pleasant and easy both departure and arrival at Heathrow was made by booking the Meet and Greet service at just over £12 a day. No fuss, no paperwork and just left the keys with the desk captain in Terminal 3 car park before strolling into the departure lounge; on my return, despite a delay of over an hour with the airline and therefore being the last customer of the day, arriving back at 11pm, the desk captain was still patiently on duty and welcomed me back most… Read Full Review
