I have used Purple Parking many times with no issues UNTIL I booked through Purple Parking to use CSL Stansted. When we returned from our holiday, we found our car had been scratched on both the front and rear bumpers. We notified Purple Parking of this but they werent interested. BE WARNED, CSL STANSTED IS STILL LISTED AS A CAR PARK OPTION. AVOID AVOID! I have only given 3 stars due to previous good service, but I will never use this agent again… Read Full Review

“Price Match Offer From Purple Parking”

I did a search against my flight times for meet and greet at Heathrow and found varying prices. Having used Purple Parking before, I noticed they have a price match offer on their website and thought I would try to use them ( it's called loyalty ). “Terrible!!”

I recently went on holiday and parked at London Luton purple parking. Please can I advise you stay away from this company! The staff are very rude and unhelpful on your return. Not only that my car was damaged and they are refusing to pay for the damage even though my car was fine when it arrived. Someone obviously smashed into my mirror. Not impressed at all.. “Do not use meet and greet servcie”

DO NOT USE the meet and greet service at Heathrow. I arrived yesterday after 15 hours of travelling to find my car not waiting for me only to be told that it had been there 3 hours earlier and taken away as a 'no show' and would only be brought back to me if I paid another £25 on top of the £106 I had already paid!!! I booked the wrong dates, turned up early at the EXIT and arrived back in the middle of the night two days early Despite all that your staff were calm, reassuring and extremely helpful. They smoothed out all my self-inflicted problems, quickly led us to the right entrance when we arrived and swiftly brought our car to us when we returned early. I used this parking service as I thought it would be convenient, easy to use and good value for money. there was a problem with getting emailed the booking but it was the return journey that was truly awful. the transfer time was double the stated 15-20 minutes and the driver didnt seem to have a clue who he was collecting. when I got dropped off in the middle of the PP car park he hadnt been given the car keys even though i had already rung in and the driver had collected the booking form. in… Read Full Review

I recently had a weeks holiday in Turkey and used Purple Parking. The flights were a special charter and we didn't realize until too late that BA had changed the flight number of our return flight. We arrived back at Terminal 5 short term car park at about midnight to find no car and no staff! “slowest customer service ever”

If you go to the long stay parking, don't trust to the transfer time: 15 min can be easily more than half hour without considering the time wasted at the car park waiting for a bus driver. The first time we missed a flight due to this delay in leaving to take us at the airport; the second time and, hope, last one we wasted almost 1 hour at the car park before being collected. “Purple Parking Doesn't Mean Business.”

The first time we used Purple Parking it was okay. It was like any other long term parking; you parked your own car, took the bus/shuttle to your terminal and that was it. The second (and absolute LAST TIME) we will be using their service was an ABSOLUTE waste of our time. As well as being delighted with the great value and overall service I was especially pleased when the lovely staff went above and beyond to assist my 17 year old son when little car decided not to start after a 2 week break. The team on site came straight to his aid with huge battery chargers and when this was unsuccessful a huge team of them pushed and bump started it for him around the car park. If you want to add massive stress to your travel and be late for your flight, then Purple Parking Long Stay Heathrow is for you! 37 MINUTES FROM CAR PARK TO TERMINAL (Bus stood still waiting to fill up for 11 minutes, then 26 minutes to terminal. RETURN JOURNEY - 46 MINUTES FROM PP BUS STOP AT T5 TO PP CAR PARK (I called for the bus at 19.22, however it didn't arrive until 19.45. Bus left at 19.46 and reached the car park at 20.08).
