Flying on a 747 from Taiwan to Amsterdam business class I couldn't believe the seats only reclined a little and that my only entertainment option was to watch a handful movies with no ability to pause or play as required.......I'm sure the ticket price was cheap though........

This airline has the unfortunate problem of people thinking it is "China Air". In fact China Air is a Chinese state airline and having lived i can tell you that it is pretty bad! Flew business class from Gatwick to Taipei via Schipol and Bangkok. Planes were immaculate, staff superb, champagne chilled. All in all superb. Flying on this airline was worse than riding a Greyhound Bus across the Pacific Ocean. I recommend you spend the extra money and use another airline!

Although the cheapest way to get to Thailand from Europe this is definitely not the way to travel. Pay a bit extra and you will be well rewarded.
