I love this car. It's perfect for my family and perfect for the little boy in me. SOICHIRO Thank you for building the first HONDA cause the models that follow just keep getting better. I am "very proud" to be a TYPE-R owner

I love this car, as it's a lot of performace for the money - plus you get bullet-proof reliability. But it does lack in refinement, very basic interior, poor quality CD radio, lots of road noise. But that acceleration! I don't think this car is easy to drive fast on UK B-roads as it has a tendancy t ...

Have loved the Honda Civic Type-R since I bought it in June 2006 if pushed hard enough in the VTEC will keep up with some cars you wouldn't expect it to. Handling is fantastic if you change to a slightly softer tyre. Sounds amazing when the VTEC comes in with the induction kit fitted and stainless e ...

I bought my Red Civic Type-R from a Honda dealer for 9.5k with 44k on the clock. It has no air con which I was told gives it a slightly quicker 0-60 time due to the fact that there isn't an Air Con unit under the bonnet. My previous car was a Peugeot 307 and that has a large boot but I can still fit ...

The Civic Type-R offers a great all round drive and is excellent fun as well as largely practical. This car would suit anyone looking for affordable motoring (resale value considered) as well as having a desirable performance car. Economy ranges roughly from the 200-300 miles per 50 litre fuel tank ...

Even after 11 months I still feel special getting in the Honda Civic Type-R! Fair enough it can't touch my previous car for handling (Peugeot 106 GTI) but more than makes up for it in just about every other way. One of the main reasons I bought the car was for the Honda reliability, as all my other ...

Honda Civic Type-R is an outstanding car! It looks amazing with the safe guard polish in night hawk black, and after purchasing one that had only done 30 thousand miles for such a reasonable price I felt like the cat that got the cream! My old 1.4 Clio would do 250 miles for 30 quid of just drivin ...
