    Excellent. I am absolutely delighted with First Direct online banking. I can look up everything I need to, keep an eye on my balances, transfer between accounts and pay bills. What more could you ask?

    I too have banked with First Direct for years (more than I can remember). They provide a great personal service and if anything does go wrong (so rare it's like hens' teeth), they sort it without bother.

    We have banked with First Direct for 18 years and they have provided an excellent service while we lived in the UK and abroad.     If they are going to change your layout, they should inform their customers. What was wrong with the last setup?
    Nothing seems simple for the old age customers, who only log on once in a while. So far it has taken me over 5 minutes to try without success. Why do you keep messing about?

    I joined them about 13 years ago and would have stood by them until within the last 8-9 months. Now I can not recommend them at all. There is little communication between themselves and the customer, at least in my case. I am and will be successfull even without First Direct.

    I have joined First Direct bank with my boyfriend and this is the worst thing we could have done. It's showing balance but it's not showing available funds so it's really to go over (charge only £25). I always find it difficult to work out how much money we've got in the bank. It's not clear ...

    I have banked with First Direct for 13 years and I have been impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the staff I deal with, they always seem to be happy to help even at outrageous hours of the night. They have kept me informed without bombarding me and I cannot say anything against them.
