    I found the DMTECH DML-3117WD to be of poor picture quality, DVD no good on two different sets, gave mine away, bought a Toshiba, much better.

    In my experience purchasing this TV could be a very costly mistake as mine has been broken for longer than it actually worked! Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    I was assured by the Comet store that this was a quality TV from a good manufacturer - don't believe it!

    A good set/picture and I have been pleased with the set, but so disappointed with DVD Combi of the DML-3117WD not working. DMTech have been good to send replacement sets, but still not sorted after 3 sets.

    Broken down 3 times since purchase 09/06. Requires rebooting at least 2/3 times per week as it consistently 'loses' channels. It broke down it was away for 3 weeks 12/06 &eventually came back OK. Broke down again but tech dept talked me through repair. gave up again 05/07 & was replaced with refurbi ...

    Until the problem with the DVD player I had been happy with this product. Yes it was a risk to buy a combined unit. If one component goes wrong you may end up have to buy a whole new product again.
    Just 2 months outside the 2 year warranty the DVD player started making noises when playing DVDs so ...

    DVD player became faulty after 9 months (wouldn't load) so I contacted DMTech direct and they replaced the whole unit within 3 days.
    The replacement has worked fine for the last 18 months!
