We sincerely enjoyed our AirTran flight from BWI to Orlando and back, 11 days apart.
We had awesome attendants and pilots. The plane flew so smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this airline.

I really disliked my AirTran Flight. I sat in a seat not knowing it was broken. Then I tried to switch seats, but the attendant said that I couldn't switch. I didn't understand this because there were still empty seats on the flight.

1st time flyer - never again! AirTran Airways check-in at Dallas and Baltimore was poorly organized (like a zoo). Seating was poor and uncomfortable. Late start (45 minutes) out of Baltimore. Toilets in rear of cabin were never pumped out, and we could not use them.

Cramped, broken seats, overbooked flights. AirTran Airways also play favorites, as in some people they will re-open the loading doors for, but not others (which they did while I waited). Forget waiting for an empty seat on the next flight because they overbook many flights. I was waiting for 12 hour ...

AirTran airline is the most unhelpful, rude, and poorly run airline that I have ever been on. Employees don't know the definition of customer service and don't care. However, at least they don't fake it - they're rude and aren't afraid to show it.
