    After I had ordered my tickets they changed the date and schedule of my ticket and said that they have right to do that.     Air tran airways is very cheap. they have a lot of nice people working with them! I think that they could be a little more safer and be more helpful. But I would ride AirTran again.

    Flew with AirTran Airways multiple times, and found the service to be fine; flights always on time, and aircraft in good shape.     My luggage handle, which was not "protruding" per their rules, was completely ripped off upon my arrival.     I flew from Tampa to Boston.....My flight was at 3:13 PM and it got delayed for 2 hours.....I reached Boston and my luggage was not there.     On time when the weather isn't bad. Excellent at getting checked bags on the plane young friendly crews. New planes, the oldest is 5 years old and if you upgrade at the gate your getting a deal for more snacks and free adult drinks and more room! Lowest fares around can't bet them!

    I have travelled the world over the last 40 yrs and have never experienced such a poor display of rudeness and arrogance and indifference to our situation. Easily the worst flight experience of my life
