Very poor service, Bought tickets well in advance, still no tickets 4 days before event!!. Site reads wait until 48 hours before. We should be going to see Madness tonight. We booked the tickets in September, we rang as suggested on Tuesday when they didn't arrive. They still have not arrived. I have rung the call centre 15 - 20 times and get the message the caller has hung up. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY NEED TO KNOW CUSTOMER ...

booked 6 tickets on 4th september (the gig is 28th novemebr), and paid the £4.75 delivery fee per ticket, despite afterwards reading they send them all together in standard mail!! paid the transaction fee, then never recieved tickets.

Firstly, you pay a booking fee for tickets so you can have access to a 24 hour credit line, which is always manned, if its engaged, stop moaning and wait... they are busy! that is how business works. Bought 2 tickets for Moby its 3 days before the gig still not got the tickets, tracked them all it is says is waiting for tickets to come into stock.

I would not buy from this company again.

No help when the tickets did not arrive and they would not allow me to pick them up at the gates.

Beware that tickets are sent via standard mail so you have absolutely no way of finding out what happened. Our tickets are alledgedly sent out but they have never arrived for what we can tell and all they can offer is for us to go and collect at box office. For the amount and booking fee charged by ...

I booked tickets and was given specific seat numbers. A couple of weeks before the event I received and email stating that the tickets were reduced in price and they wanted to give me a refund. What they meant to say was they already sold the seats they promised and wanted book me much worse seats ...

Never again......... they cancelled the tickets and did not tell me and still cannot justify why. I even though I spoke to them 5 days before. and they cancelled them on the night of the show.
Call centre is very poor - definately never again!
Avoid them - if you want to see a show, book at the book ...
