    Tickets have always arrived well in advance of gig date and never had any problems receiving them. Have generally been able to get any tickets I like from See Tickets without any problems.

    I used SeeTickets because there was no booking fee. The website was very easy to use. I got the seats I wanted. Tickets arrived 8 weeks ahead of the event. Sent by Royal Mail - second class...(the website says First Class).

    I would like to also agree with Way Ahead's completely inflexible special delivery service. As previously mentioned they expect you to be in from 8am to 6pm (no breaks allowed for school runs) to take delivery of the tickets. You can nominate somewhere else like your work but if you work in a big ...

    Last year I ordered 4 tickets for 8th September 2006 to see Robbie Williams at Round Hay Park Leeds. The See Tickets website was very busy as you can imagine. I tried for a week and was getting up at 2am in the morning to try get some!!

    After purchase they sent me a random email saying send us a copy of your credit card statement so we can use it as fraud check.
    If you don't you can't have the tickets?

    Why would i send a statement with my transaction history to anyone. I think it is illegal to ask for it and so I didn't do it. ...

    See Tickets won't leave you a card and allow you to pick up your tickets at a convenient time from the depot ( unlike Royal Mail Special Delivery ). Worse still they want you to be at home between 9am-5pm to take delivery! No good for those of us that go to work everyday, and unlike Royal Mail who d ...

    See Tickets response to my predicament was to be put into a 36 hour queue for customer services and a hard nosed attitude. Please do not ever buy tickets from this company. Use Ticketmaster instead
