Service was terrible, operators seem friendly, but can't comment on why they charge so much. They take ages to sell you the ticket too, all this script they have to go through, they sound like robots.

I booked tickets, via ticketmaster's uk website on 30th June, for a 9pm performance of the Rocky Horror Show at the Playhouse Theatre on 22nd July. I accordingly received their standard e-mail confirmation showing the time as 9pm, the date and giving me my reference number. I opted for box-office c ...

I ordered tickets by mail 2 weeks in advance but by the day before the event they still had not arrived. Impossible to get through on the Ticket Master phone line, no answer to my email.
Finally had to beg another ticket company to contact the theatre on my behalf and arrange box office collection ...

I ordered tickets over the internet which arrived promptly.
Friday night two weeks later I travelled with four guests by car, train and taxi to the venue - only to be told that the performance had been cancelled. The box office assured me that Ticket Master been informed and had guaranteed that al ...

All in all, I would not spend another penny on Ticketmaster if I had a choice. Their customer service is extremely poor if you manage to reach it at all. Their website has serious technical flaws that prevent you from ordering tickets as gifts to friends abroad or from contacting their customer supp ...

Don't bother with Ticket Master, the real issues are:
1) A customer services line that doesn't let you speak to anyone
2) Awebsite that forces you to register twice - once to get the tickets, then again to ask them a question about the tickets
3) And Worst! they won't deliver tickets to any other ...

I spent close to two hours online this morning having logged on and entered into the Ticketmaster system this morning, and I was assured by a screen message, eventually, that I had reserved two weekend only tickets for T in the Park (I got in quick at 9a.m.). I waited for a long time, and I was even ...

Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.co.uk - I ordered two tickets to see Andre Bocelli in Oxford. The show was postponed and we were not given a further date and indeed we were out of the country for a few weeks after the original date stated. I contacted Ticketmaster via its awful web site to be told to ...

I recently used Ticketmaster to get tickets to see a band in Manchester. On the plus side the website is easy to use, and they have tickets for pretty much everything. They seem to have a monopoly on most things, I had no choice if I wanted to go to the concert. You also can trust Ticketmaster, ...
