Always use Ticketmaster with confidence that will never be conned. Only once did not recieve my tickets prior to Beyonce concert - however picked them up at venue booking office with a reference number after a quick call to a helpful customer services.

I do not recomend this website at all. When I needed assistance the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. I have never known to get tickets being so stressful!

People often complain about the level of booking fees that Ticketmaster charges but they should be aware that the fees are agreed by Ticketmaster with the promoter or event organiser and often 50% of that fee is going to the promoter not Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster should have given notification that on the last Saturday over half the advertised attractions would not be there and offered reduced seat prices accordingly. Never had a problem with this company. Ordered tickest using the automated telephone system two weeks ago and received the tickets today, 2 months and three weeks before event. Had booked Winehouse tickets last year and received text informing me of cancellation and refund was very quick too. Can't ...

This company have been a complete waste of time. Paid over £330 for tickets, i have travel plans but can't go as the tickets still haven't arrived. Customer non-service have been a total waste of time. Not recommended.

I always get awesome tickets for not a lot of money. I love Ticketmaster, even though sometimes they don't have the best seats.

Buy ALL my tickets from Ticketmaster, NEVER had a single problem. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tickets.
