Great equipment, but a shame Esporta Health Clubs are so money focussed. Staff are generally uninterested and when you need a member of staff they cannot be found. Gym not well maintained. Most of all customer service appalling, especially if you decide to leave!

I signed up with Esporta on their premium membership with an explicit clause in the contract at the time that I may cancel before the full 12 months for reasons such as relocation. Being a contractor this was useful and it happened 8 months into the membership.

I am currently tring to terminate my contact with Esporta in Cardiff, and it is extremely difficult. 3 months notice, thats £120 when I am not in a position to use the facilities, plus other complications. Not receiving emails, letters... . Very disappointed

Esporta Northwood
Went to look around, the car-park was difficult to park in, it seemed more like a primary school than a health club due to the amount of kids around, the changing room was tiny and the pool seemed over-chlorinated. Oh and very costly!

I cancelled my membership at Esporta Lancashire via email as directed due to poor facilities, ignorant staff and ever increasing prices. This was not carried out and now they are denying all knowledge of the email and subsequent emails. They owe me £300 which they are refusing to pay. They hav ...
