I hate T-mobile I wish I could cancle the contract. But I'm bound to 18 months contract so 14 months to go. poor reception.
Even though my contract includes free internet, I cannot use internet at all.

I have never dealt with a compnay that has such an appaling customer service attitude as T-Mobile.
