Awesome, the Sony MDR-EX71 is a definite buy just don't pay £35. Amazingly comfy with great sound quality and also go very loud and quiet. I bought for £35 which was rather expensive however you can get them at amazon for £17.99. Also mine have broken after 2 years of solid use how ...

Not had the issues that other buyers have had although I tend to use my headphones whilst sat at a desk and not so often when walking around. Had the same pair of Sony MDR-EX71 for 18 months with no issues.

A short lead is great if you have a remote for your player but with the extension it's annoying and very long, you end up stuffing the excess in your pocket, which leads you to exposed cables as described above!

I have been using a pair of earphones that I got with my Sharp Minidisk recorder, which I like very much. The problem is that they do not stay in my ears when I'm on the move. I expected the Sony MDR-EX71 to be at the very least, as good as the Sharps. Well I am very disappointed. The trouble is tha ...

I do not recommend the Sony MDR-EX71 headphones since they are not safe to wear since they can shock you. In addition the design with the extension connector is useless, heavy and in the way. Very pricey. I paid around $50 at Bestbuy.

I've had three of these... they all had the same problem as everyone else afer a few months. The wire shorted inside and one ear gets noticably quieter until it doesnt work at all.
For the money the quality of sound is great - but the build quality really isn't.
After my third pair I got fed up ...

I enjoy these phones on a daily basis. The sound quality is really good and gives you a substantially better sound quality than the basic phones, that is delivered with an iPod Nano.

This posting is just to verify, what someone else wrote: That the cord can actually disintegrate. This happened to ...

Great sound quality and you will instantly notice the difference. The Sony MDR-EX71 headphones are a great addition for your iPod (or any music player), but don't expect to use these for jogging as they will constantly fall out, and you will spend most of your time adjusting them, to the point where ...
