This phone was purchased from new on an O2 contract by my student daughter. In less than a year, the camera failed, and the phone itself now looks very used i.e. it does not wear very well. The screen has a mind of its own, and sometimes will not work. I am using it temporarily, as my wife washed ...

I bought the Samsung E800 phone in February on O2 and it was fine for a couple of months. After that it failed to send texts, make or receive calls and kept switching itself off! Was especially annoyed when had to walk about a mile to a phone box coz the phone wouldn't work to call for a lift home! ...

Great camera and I put pics onto PC with a serial cable bought off eBay and Samsung downloaded software. Flash on the camera (good 4 clubs), small to carry around, looks flashy, easy to u ...

I bought this phone when it first came out in the summer of 2004. I paid £250 for the phone itself only to be extremely dissapointed.
The menu is hard to navigate. Things you expect to be able to find easily are hidden and take a lot of searching.
Infrared on the phone also is rather poo ...

I got one of these after my E510 broke down when the screen went. Vodafone sent 4 replacements which were all recons, and they were all rubbish too. So they gave me an E800 new in the box. I thought it was pretty cool having a new phone before the contract renewal. Now I can't wait to change it ...

Loved this phone at first, then about 5 months down the line it starts freezing, switching off and ending calls on it's own! About 3 weeks ago I started getting blank screens... it goes completely white for long periods of time. My phone has now had a blank screen for 2 days, I've tried everything!

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE ON O2!
The problems started with the Samsung E800 after approx 3 months. Turns itself off and back on without pressing a key, won't receive text message, 8 out of 10 text messages fail to send, the phone won't make any phone calls - just says 'Network Rejected' and when you tr ...

When I first got my E800 I thought - Wow, nice looking phone! Little did I know that I would soon be wishing I hadn't sold my E700 that was its predecessor. The blooming thing keeps shutting itself down, droping calls and refusing to send texts (especially annoying when it lets you type out a text ...
