I have used just Nice'n Easy non-permanent colour (medium golden brown). My hair has turned out the darkest shade of brown with a hint of ginger - absolutely nothing like the shade on the box. I have tried this product before with equally disastrous results but thought that the lighter shade might ...

Just like everyone else I got the clairol nice n easy Natural Darkest Brown hair color. I'm blonde and when I've used other hair dye brands in the darkest brown my hair has come out to be dark brown just like the box says. Not this time. I've been dying my hair on my own and in salons and have never had problems. I used the 121A Natural Deep Brown colouring for my hair and now it is JET BLACK! Not even a nice black, it looks hideous. I'm writing Nice n'easy a letter because it's appalling they would leave this horible product on ...

I'm glad I didn't see this site first. I just colored my hair with Clairol Nice'n Easy 110 - Light Auburn and it turned out great. Covered the gray...left it in for 45 minutes. We'll see how it lasts and then I may be back!

Yeah, the whole 121a brown thing really grinds my gears. I have jet black hair void of any colour whatsoever. It looks like a wig.

I have now used the new formula for the 4th and LAST time. I used (116A natural light golden brown) and guess what? You guessed it. It is ...
