I use clairol nice and easy [dark neutral blond 106A ] and I love it , covers my grey great and in between I use dark blond root touch up . Horrible disastrous experience. Was dying my hair brown. Supposedly natural brown. Yeah right. as soon as i put the color on my hair which was already brown, it started to turn purplish black. Like many others, I used Clairol Nice'n Easy 121A darkest brown, basically to cover my greys while keeping my natural colour. Now my hair is jet black and I look like an ageing goth. I've heard anti-dandruff shampoo can help strip the dye out, so I'm going to try that to hopefully lighten it a bit.

I used nice n easy natural medium ash brown, came out just shy of jet black (about a good shade and a half to two shades darker than the pic on the box) not only that but the color seal conditonaing gloss made my hair greasy and limp.
