Great customer service and simple to deal with. After the usual bad experiences with 3 and O2 I have been surprised at how good Tesco have been.

Simple basic call charges on whatever tariff you choose. For a light user like me who only wants basic telephone functions, this is an ideal choice if you top-up at least £15 a month, because then calls to all UK landline and mobile numbers are 10p/min at all times and texts 5p. Inclusive minutes or texts with contract deals with other providers may ...

This is the best network ever!!!! I have had several phones, which were on 02, 3, Orange and Vodafone, and now I have a phone on Tesco Mobile this is the best! I am on th Standard Tariff, and I love it!!! I only call to my house and text a few friends and I can talk and text to them for 10p a minute ...

This is the best network I have ever been with. The calls and texts are very very good value, I am on the extra tariff and only pay 10ppm and 5p per message!!. The service and customer service were excellent, as was the value for money. However, I didn't pay for my mobile and for my prepay calls to have my phone commandeered by Tesco marketing. This was a major downside and the reason I ultimately left the service.

Tesco mobile runs off the O2 masts, so I get excellent reception where I live, which is Monmouth, South Wales.
The Tarrifs are simple to understand and the tarrif rates are good.
