Emerge can't answer its phones. Could not locate my account, could not locate my SS #. Useless. Closing it as soon as I figure out how to pay it online.

We had our card with Fleet and suddenly it was sold to Emerge and they cut our credit off. They refuse to say why and have not responded to many emails, letters and phone calls.

Providian Emerge Credit Card - If I had the choice, I would not use this agency again. They are very misleading regarding their interest rate and customer service is nonexistent.
