We have been with 2Checkout for over 1 1/2 years now, having processed over $350,000 from them. I cannot exmphasize on the lax attitude of the management in trying to improve their customer service. They do NOT reply back to support tickets (if you want proof, ask anyone who has had a 2CO account), emails are not replied back to in time. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I don't know if the management is literate enough to read the writing on the walls - wake up....your customers are crying for help.....help them out for pete's sake. 2Checkout is stable, but a lot of information is a miss. If they have a problem, they do not disclose it (immediately or post it), unless you pester them, "everthing is fine here" is the answer you get back. Technologically the company has an OK service record, chargebacks are an issue and 2checkout is VERY proactive in resolving them with us, so that is a major plus. Another major plus is the ability that 2CO works with international vendors/merchants, which is a HUGE plus. If they only improve their customer service, they can be the kings of the 3PP market.

I had 2checkout for almost a year and never had a problem until now, for some strange reason THEY RESIST TO DELIVER my money to my account, the money has been lost for almost two months and nobody WANTS to help on their help Desk, they only give me excuses and all sort of lies but I don't have my money, I opened a complaint on the BBB and I still don't have a response, I FAXed them, opened too many tickets at their helpdesk, and I even CALLed them and they hung up on me on the phone, AS FAR AS I KNOW THIS IS CALLED FRAUD. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND OPEN A SUCCESFULL BUSINESS ON THE INTERNET DON'T WORK WITH 2CHECKOUT they are a pain in the backside!

I have had 2checkout service for one of my websites for 1 month. I have started to selling goods via the internet and charging with 2co. Charging was ok, but I have started to have some problems with seller reports that later on in the month they have charged has not cleared. 2co cashed the money but didn't put it into my account. I have written this also to their customer service. I had a reply after 36 hours and that wasn't a good answer -- they were saying system was so busy. After that my problem was still standing there and is still.
They have also runtime errors reporting errors on their web site. I do not recommend to a new business to start with them.

I have been with 2checkout for the last two years, and I am surprised to read these. I have had no problems with them. Two times my money (about 1330 dollars and 2300+ dollars) did not reach my account. They responded and asked me if I needed a confirmation from bank that head office of my bank have received the payments. But in a few days my banks branch recovered these amounts from head office.
<br/>There might be something wrong with the swift code in your bank setting.
