My friend and I ordered hot chocolates which were cool when they arrived. I politely asked the waiter to heat them but he said it wasn't his problem and he wouldn't heat them. I said I would not return to the cafe and he replied that they had plenty of customers anyway. (read more)

I haven't spotted it in any other branch though), their Latte, Cappachino and Expresso.
Their food usually ranges from delicious, mediterranean themed sandwiches, ciabattas and big roll things. Also they serve soups, yougurt, cakes(passion cake is nice),... (read more)

Cafe Nero has been my favorite Coffee House for many years and Cafe Nero seem to have been able to maintain and improve standards as it spreads out around the country, although regional staff are not up to the high standard of London Staff. (read more)
