I have the Level 1 Premuim UK Based Hosting product which I have just renewed.

It's a shame we have lost the shell access. Apart from that excellent uptime and availability worldwide. Good selection of options enabled in the cPanel. There are still plenty of other ways to get the site edited apart ...

I switched from 1and1 to 5quid host because I was getting fed up of the slow servers. These servers were fast. Their service is fantastic. Never had a problem with the product or the service when I've made an enquiry to 5 Quid Host. Upgrades although not immediate have been performed with a day or so.

Only gripe would be occasional downtime of the service. Never investigated why or looked for service outage notices but see about 3 or ...

I have used 5 Quid Host for about 2 years and had about half a dozen requests (not all problems), all were sorted within 2 hours!!

Service is second to none. I highly recommend these guys.
