I'm getting 6.2 meg connection in East Anglia, sometimes have to re boot router whilst on PS3/Xbox. Phoned up customer services to upgrade to Platinum 3 with a 24meg connection so looking forward to it. Have to recommend as works a treat. Maybe I'm the lucky one.

Terrible, terrible service. Was with them for 5 years, up until 2 years ago it was alright. Now the service keeps disconnecting and even my telephone line is crackly and they've done nothing about it. Avoid
    AOL Broadband AT ALL COSTS.

After being with AOL for ten years I have built up some affection for AOL and AOL Broadband.

That was dented a year ago when they messed me around over changing my service package to wireless including the AOL Talk package. It took endless, frustrating, phone calls to AOL Helpdesks to get that sort ...

AOL Broadband are completely incompetant. Forever losing connection, and always coming up with AOL not responding. I asked them to send me a free modem as ours is about 6 years old, and they said I would have to pay for it. They also said I could upgrade our account and my words were, 'upgrade our ...

Pure and simple....AOL is arrogant and they think they have a corner on the market. As soon as I move all my favorite places to my browser, AOL can take a flying leap. Super slow and if you hit the refresh button, it will give the same page over and over. If you open the same page next to the old on ...
