The customer service is awful, those guys don't know what they are doing and just keep on asking the same stupid questions. After talking for over 2 hours on the phone and spend ...

I suffered AOL broadband for 2 years or so. It continually disconnected. Customer service were helpful but the same problem happened again and again, namely disconnection all the time, slow speeds. I've changed to BT Option 2 and it's no better, slow and continual disconnections.

After being a customer with AOL for 5 years I was suprised to find that my monthly charge had increased from £9.99 to £17.99. When I rang to question the reason why (I hadn't received any written notification) AOL told me it was due to the charge they were receiving from BT for renting ...

After spending 25 minutes plus on the phone to talk to customer service representative chances are you'll get cut off mid call and have to start whole process again. Unbelivably ...
