I have used BMI Baby on numerous flights over recent years, from Cardiff to Edinburgh and various Spanish airports. Have found them very efficient and they do their job well i.e. get you there safely, comfortable (not luxurious)and on time. Until now they have been best value but now Thomsonfly is c ...

Felt extremely disappointed with BMI Baby when I discovered that my baggage had been interfered with and an item of enormous value to me had been taken. My radio was a special radio in order to allow me to receive French channels when in the UK.

An absolute racket advertised prices cheap but BMI Baby add on over £50 a passenger taxes and charges despite the adverts saying these are included. How can this misrepresentation be justified!!

    READ THIS AND SAVE MONEY!
    I pre booked my families seats together on line as I have a young family. 5 people x 2 flights x £5 = £50.
The BMI Baby plane used bore no resemblance to the lay out I chose from, and the air hostess said it was a 'sit wherever you can' plane! She also said s ...

I fly BMI Baby regularly from UK to Ireland. I have had 1 flight in 7 weeks leave on time, with the others varying from 2 hours to 6 hours delay. One week BMI could not land in Cork due to adverse weather conditions (fog) - then while we sat & waited in Cork, we watched 7 flights from other airlin ...

Having just started regularly travelling between Birmingham and Amsterdam, I have been fairly impressed with BMI Baby. For a budget airline, they show none of the indifference to customers that Ryanair and Easyjet have always shown me. I've seldom had to queue too long at check-in, and the only grip ...

    bmi baby:
We had a delay at Alicante airport for a total of 4 hours with no help from BMI what so ever and they finally after trying to get us onto two flights got us home via Heathrow and then onto East Midlands getting there 8 hours later than we should have arrived. There Head Office is at East ...

I would encourage anyone from Midlands, North east, Yorkshire and S Wales to consider using BMI Baby for European travel. Good value, good timekeeping and friendly attitude. None of the arrogance, random flight cancellations and rude service of certain cut-price competitors! My review is based on ...

    bmi baby:
Sometimes under-resourced for checking in on busy flights. Some ground staff treat customers with disdain and organise queuing passengers poorly. Having flown over 20 times with bmi baby I have only been on time twice and delays of over an hour (on a 50 minute flight) are not unusual. Thi ...

bmibaby flight price and time keeping was excellent, but check-in personnel should not specifically state that the flight is definately delayed and not communicate the fact that this may change!
