    Great value for money, a very professional service. Will definitely fly with them again. Very very pleased, in fact pleasantly surprised.

    We travelled from Belfast 2 Manchester during the summer and our flight was cancelled. We were told to return to check in where our only option was to fly to Birmingham but we decided not to.     On trying to check in for a flight from Cork to Birmingham, I was told the flight was cancelled. I thought the BMI agents were extremely unhelpful.     BMI Baby cancelled our flight back from Barcelona to Cardiff. We were due to fly back at 6pm we were told our plane was delayed. This went on for three hours.     I have to take several trips each year with this air line due to them having no competition on EMA/Belfast and to Edinburgh.
    There have been very few times that things have run smoothly and the lack of information and general attitude of the desk staff is irritating to say the least.

    I have to fly BMIbaby because they have a monopoly on the Paris-Nottingham run (I live in Paris and my elderly parents live in Loughborough).     I have flown with BMI from Manchester to Belfast and back twice now and have been very impressed on both occasions.     Had to wait 5 hours before being told that flight was cancelled. No representative to explain situation, just given a piece of a paper to phone reservations to rebook.

    I flew BMI baby both ways from Glasgow to East Midlands last weekend. On the way was fine checked in online.
