Flights on time, comfy seats, friendly staff. No nonsense airline, seats ok, staff fine and all on time ...happy. Bad points, couldn't find one.

Staff were kind, seats were quite good and in good condition and the flights were on time. The selection of food isn't great and it's well overpriced. Bmibaby is a good airline, good service and quite good value

Booked with BMIBaby to fly to Palma for my son's 18th birthday. Guess what? Flight cancelled. No reason given. Bmibaby cancelled our flights with no explanation. On time last time I flew with them to Portugal. Efficient over changing flights on-line and charges not too bad. Prefer the seat allocation to the bun fight on other low cost airlines. I have discovered how this airline can offer cheaper flights. They charge for every kilo or part of for every case that is over 20 kilos. We were a party of 4 with an allowance of 80 kilos.
