I have been unable to access the Yorkshire Bank website for some time now and have logged a question with AOL from whom I am awaiting a response. It is very frustrating being unable to view my information and I am considering moving accounts to another bank if the issue is not sorted soon.

Whats the problem? aol/yorkshire bank last 4 days yes 4 days unable to access ybonline via aol. Its obviously some glitch between the two but hey whosoevers fault it is please sort it out have to go around the houses via internet explorer to log on.

Same problem has the guy below, I have tried to access the Yorkshire Bank site all weekend (4th to 6th July 2008) but it just will not connect.
I don't have a problem connecting to any other web site.
What is happening?

Keep up the good work. I have found it to be great no complaints at all up to now everything spot on far better than the last bank I used!

I haven't been able to get the Log-on page up at all for about 10 days now. Does anybody know who is at fault? Is it AOL or is it YB?

A lot of people can not connect to Yorkshire bank online, myself included, isn't it about time the problem was resolved. Can we get this problem resolved, not being able to connect to online banking. AOL or Yorkshire bank.

I can confirm inability to access online banking for the last week.
Contacted my local branch personally who are not aware of the problems. Seems some sort of communication to inform customers is required.
