    The HSBC banks poor call centres have messed up several times. Conflicting advise, unfair charges and late payment fees. If you don't believe me, try calling 08457 404 404 and see how long it takes to navigate, and when the operator comes on see if they can even understand you!

    Drawn in by the '0% on balance transfers for 9 months with no transfer fee' I applied online for the HSBC Credit Card.     What a nightmare that started when I received a HSBC credit card. I only kept it because of the kool Cincy Reds logo on the card, but soon learned my lesson.
