I missed a payment by one day, I was charged £20.00 late payment fee plus my interest rate went from 0% to 22%. When I spoke to customer service they were not very sympathetic with me missing a payment date despite me being a customer of 10 years.

I do not blame mbna in a way, because postal service we receive here is pathetic, I received my statement for another credit card which was posted in November received in January.
