I suggest you call them when it's renewal time. Exemplary customer service and support. I rang Privilege up when there adverts said they would guarantee to beat my quote on renewal.
After an eternity they did beat it by £1.
After the time with them the cost of the call and having to post things out to them all at my expense it worked out dearer.

Avoid unless you never need to make a claim! Very difficult in my experience to speak to anyone who cares that you are a customer who pays for a service.
