They are the most undesirable company with dreadful customer service and they currently have not done what they said they would do, my complaint is dated from last April.

I could go on all day. Lack of communication, with few of the staff speaking good English, have been on hold for 30 minutes then cut off.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS even if they seem cheap it REALLY isnt worth the hassle!!

Terrible call centre service, (I have been cut off or passed on after 3 minutes even if query is unresolved), will not put anything in writing ( when they finally did, it was on unheaded paper so it cannot be used in evidence), I feel they ignored my all calls & letters, try the "automatic renewal" ...

This company automatically renews your insurance and when you cancel it they charge £20 cancellation fee. I'm still waiting for the refund after 2months of cancelling it! Make sure you photocopy all the documents and send the documents by recorded delivery. They said they never received it but ...

Insured my 2CV for £7000.00. Was told they understood the value of the car. Great.
