I feel I have received terrible service. I have received no e-mail replies, I was three months waiting for an order of 2 items, I cancelled 1 item, so I was charged 90 dollars to ship a 40 dollar pair of trainers... worst online shop I have dealt with. Never never never will I deal with this company ...

I ordered once from Skate America (4 shirts) and they changed my shirts out with other ones, over charged me, and took a very long time on shipping! And I thought maybe they just messed up that time, so ignorantly, I ordered more, but NOPE I was wrong, I had the same experience again.
