Skate America have a lot of cool stuff on the website - except they don't actually have it in the warehouse. too many problems to list all for skate america. never received everything i ordered for over 3 months. they charge your credit card without authorization or notice for restocking fees or exchanges. had to call them about 6 times in 2 months. you have to pay for shipping to return the wrong item ...

Terrible customer service. Canned email responses. No email up dates EVERY time they push back and order. I complained and they sent an unexceptable email.
