Tried to buy Tomtom 700 from Internet Cameras Direct, they are total scam artists, took my money, still no item received after 4 wks, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! very sparse communication, kept saying theres a delay but no reason given. I am still waiting for refund. This shop should be shut down!

Don't be fooled by the professional looking website - it's a mask for an abysmal company.

Customer service does not exist unless you aggravate/threaten them into responding!

The best thing they did for me was refund my money promptly when I realised how bad they were, and cancelled the order.

Internet Cameras Direct lurses you into buying their goods by offering them at a lower price. Internet Cameras Direct appear to take your money straight away.

Not a peep out them a week later.

No response to on-line enquiry.

Phoning them results in a busy/engaged tone.

You may save few pennies in cash but you will more than lose that in hair.

Don't touch them with a bargepole ...
