It was a not too bad holiday overall. With it being our first time in America I thought that the travel company's service could have been better. After a 24 hour flight delay you'd have thought they would have been a little more understanding.

I would recommend Travel City Direct to anyone, they are great, and the value for money is very good. I got a package holiday to Florida with them for £2700 with both Disney and Universal theme park tickets and every other travel agent wanted around £2400 just for the flight and hotel. I ...

I would recommend Travel City Direct to anyone. They are a Travel Agent that is easy to contact, by e-mail or telephone. Very informative and extremely helpful.

Wouldn't fly back to Florida with any one else. The very reasonable upgrade price makes the long haul flights to Florida more than worth it.

I would certainly recommend this company and would definitely travel with them again. They were extremely helpful, polite and treated us as individuals. Food and drink was plentiful and it was a very good experience. Thank you Travel City Direct.

We would recommend Travel City Direct totally. The check in service going home was excellent, just go to the shopping mall to drop off your luggage, then you are free for the day. OK the plane did seen a bit old compared to other airlines but it got you there and back.
