In addition to the bad points, they seem to have old planes wherein nothing seems to works properly. Bumpy landings. Generally, they are a very good airline. Aircraft not as nice as virgin atlantic, but what you would expect. Travel city are a lot less money.

so, the flight out, nothing wrong really, on time, nice seats, free drinks etc. only problem was a faulty armrest - it was stuck on channel 1 so i had to make up my own works to spiderman 3.

We have traveled to Florida ten times, eight of them with Travel City Direct. We can not fault them. Once the plane was delayed and we stayed in a hotel over night. Even then TCD were fantastic very efficient would not travel with another Airline.

I flew with TCD out to Sanford on the 17th September returning back to Manchester on the 1st of October. I can honestly say that this airline is better than BA. I flew in economy class and everything was perfect. Service from the cabin crew was excellent.
