We booked our holiday months in advance,then at the last minute they said our direct flight would be stopping in gander to refuel because we were on a smaller plane. Did we stop in gander? No! it was Halifax, Nova Scotia. As we only booked flydrive the next 13 days were brilliant. Thank you Disney!

Booked the whole holiday to disney world with them. Not a bad word to say. Flew Sunshine First on the old 747's, Brilliant for the cost.

No good points always let down and fobbed off with lame excuses. You cannot book with Travel City Direct unless you take their "free car hire" or they will charge you a massive premium on their flight price. I have just priced up a premium car with Dollar that comes £216 cheaper than through TCD. Their prices look great until you add in this hidden surcharg ...

We thought the option to upgrade to 40Kg of luggage great as we went mad shopping when we got there.
If I flew with them again would pay to guarantee to be sat together. Because of the cheaper fare you can afford to do this although it does add up if there are a few people travelling.
