I have been flying for 20 years and this US Airways is the oldest plane I have ever ridden on, including the ones I rode 20 years ago. Everything was dirty and the flight attendants were rude. Customer service for US Airways is almost nonexistent. The flight attendants are rude and aren't helpful at all. The worst customer service ever. US Airways Flight attendants are extremley rude. My seat was somehow double booked. I mean me and another person were issued boarding passes for the same seat. They eventually moved me to another seat. I was offered no appology. They were extremley rude.

On all four flights: The attendants were rude, the plane and restroom was dirty and smelled, the flights were late all four times (I had connections in AZ). I will never fly US Airways again unless it's a last resort.
