The posted reviews made me apprehensive about flying this airline; however, I was pleasantly pleased. The flight was on-time, and there was no difficulty with the connecting flight. My husband is disable,and we couldn't have ask for nicer people.They helped get him on and off the airplane,made sure he had enough room for his legs and that he had his crutches.THANK YOU TO ALL.

My plane was cancelled and we had to book with another airline to get back to Phoenix, which was over 4 hours later. In the process my husband and I did not have seats together and we had to take two flights as opposed to a nonstop flight which we had booked.

both flights cancelled. they lost my luggage. 18 hours wait time for a 5 hour flight. US Airways customer relations didn't care. no refund offered. terrible experience.
