All in all, I think that Next is quite a good shop for clothing (I haven't bought any house-hold items yet, but am told that they're of a good quality). Next on the high street is a very good clothing and accessory shop. Even though some of the items seem pricey, you do actually get what you pay for, as 99.9% of clothes are very good quality. The Next directory service is OK, but a lot of what you want to order over the phone is usually out of stock ...

Next and Next Directory I have to say would be a staple for any work or casual wardrobe.
I especially like their rugby tops which are prettily designed and seem of decent quality.
Suits are also nice, having said that though, I don't expect hem of trousers to fall apart after only 2 wears!!

I have shopped with NEXT for years its always had good range and the jeans and pants seem to fit my shape much better than other stores. They have a fab selection of watches and accessories which seem to get better each season. My only complaint is that the Directory interest is too high.

I have been shopping with Next for years now, and no matter what size I have been, Next is usually very good when it comes to fitting me (except last year - the trousers of the suits seemed to go a little haywire, but I think this has now been sorted).

Next is a fantastic store chain with some really great and helpful staff. The call centre staff are lively, entertaining and fun to talk to. Admittedly they do very little in my large size but I love to browse and occasionally get a great product. Homewares are also in a class of their own.
