I will never order from them again!! My order was weeks late so I returned it! Be mistake! I sent emails I've called it's impossible to get in touch with them. “Rude manager, accused me of wearing an item”

I went to take an item back to the Preston branch Topshop. I had lost my receipt and so asked if I could have an exchange. Baring in mind I had phoned the day before and asked if they would accept a bank statement as proof of purchase (as legally, all you need to do is prove you bought the item) and the manager said no and that they only offer an 'exchange' policy with no receipt and that a bank statement would not suffice for a refund. “Impossible return policy”

Bought a coat through the Topshop USA website that took almost a month to arrive. Tried to return the coat at the Soho store in NYC and was not able to. Their returns can only be done by mail only and no exchanges are accepted.To get your money refunded takes another month… Read Full Review

First time online with top shop & the LAST, bought my daughter a coat & paid the extra £5 for next day delivery, it should have been here on Thursday 1st & I'am still sitting waiting ! Wrote 3 emails to customer service, yet still no phone calls, txt, in fact no help at all ! Tracking number is a waste of time. I placed an order for international delivery totally around 150 pounds. When I ordered it the website told me that the item would be with me on 'no later than 25th of October'. 26th October and I still have not received the item. Despite this apparently I am not yet entitled to a refund. I have to wait for 3 weeks, despite being told on the website 2 weeks. “worst online service ever”

First time shopper with Topshop online recently and have to say was the worst service ever. Purchased in July around $150 worth of clothing, did not arrive wihin the 9 days and I was immiedtaley unable to not track my order based on the tracking number provided as the website link did not work nor did information appear to update on the topshop website. I'm dealing with this right now and I'm getting extremely fed up. Do they even have a customer service???? I keep getting the same robotic email and the number on their website doesn't even work (busy signal every time I call). They provided me with a tracking number that I'm not even able to track my purchase. I've sent them (no joke) ten emails asking them where my order is and I have gotten a bogus email stating that they will investigate then went completely MIA. What email did you contact to get a reply, because the form I'm filling out on their website doesn't seem to get a decent respond from them. I ordered something from there on the october 15th and it's not the 27th. I will never shop here ever again. Now I have no idea how to go about getting my damn money back. Please advise.

I placed on order on August 10th (40 euros). After 5 days they replied saying that it was dispached. They gave me a tracking number and the reference to this international shipping courier. The tracking number did not work and the courier was impossible to contact. In the meanwhile the item never got to destination. Do not order from Topshop they will play you around and not refund your money even after showing proof of return. Terrible customer service they do not respond most the time which gets so frustrating. I hope they start losing customers and go broke now. It would teach them a lesson. They have just got so big headed that the care of customer service just does not matter to them anymore. “One Wear Leggings”

Tried to return our Daughters Leggings that had been purchased 8 days ago and worn once . The seam had come apart and made a larger hole in the bottom of the leggings. I was told by the manager in her early to mid 20s that the fault was caused by fair wear and tear after being worn once and a refund would not be given and that was her final decision. “Failed delivery promises”

Ordered a swimsuit for overseas holiday and specified saturday delivery to ensure it would arrive on time before we left. 2pm Sunday - still no sign of the item. Spent half an hour in phone queue to find out where it is, only to be told it was in the system but would not be delivered as promised, nor would it be with us before our departure. “Items ordered missing”

I ordered 5 items from topshop online only when i received my parcel two of the items i purchased were missing. I have been charged for these items. I emailed the customer service twice as they did not get back to me after a week and was deeply disappointed with the service. “Terrible customer service”

I used to order from TopShop and get great results but now it is terrible. I ordered to tops on the 11 March and was told "Your order will arrive no later than the 22 March" on the 23rd I sent an email and got no response, 27/28 sent another got no response so rang up twice in one day took 5 minutes and still wasn't connected so gave up. I went shopping in the solihull branch last week and I have to say the level of professionalism was very poor. As I walked up the escalator there was a male member if staff singing and dancing to music that was far too loud.
